After Michael Volz leaves matev at the end of the year after nine years, matev will restructure its management. matev GmbH is the licensee of the matev trademark (hereinafter referred to as "matev logo black"). matev GmbH is entitled to make the trademark available to dealers and the press in connection with advertising and mentioning matev GmbH.
