We are looking for a Sales/Marketing Assistant (m/f/o) to strengthen our team in the operational/technical purchasing area.
Your tasks:
- Procurement of purchased parts (e.g. hydraulic components) and steel and welded assemblies
- Processing of purchase orders
- Creation and monitoring of blanket orders
- Assistance in the preparation of annual purchasing budgets
- General communication with suppliers at home and abroad
- Organization of purchased components for our production sites
- Master data maintenance in the enterprise resource planning system
- Preparation and definition of purchasing parameters (lot sizes, minimum stock levels, etc.)
- Collaboration with Production Planning and the Head of Operations
What you should bring with you:
- Completed commercial training with additional technical qualification, or vice versa
- Experience in the manufacturing industry desirable, if possible in mechanical engineering
- Basic technical and commercial understanding of work processes in final assembly/production
- German and English both spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office, Windows
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in handling (incl. maintenance and optimization) an ERP system
